A wealth management business is looking for a Security Risk Manager to join their Risk function in a newly created role. Ideal opportunity for an individual looking for a role where they can make their own stamp on the role. Main Responsibilities: Stayconstantly informed on regulatory requirements concerning information security, ensuring that requirements are understood and addressed. Actively participate in the regular exchange meetings and inform stakeholders, including Group Security, about new or updatedlocal regulatory requirements. Review guidelines and policies to check for compliance with local regulations, and create local policies or propose integration to existing documents, as appropriate. Coordinate and review local implementation of Group rulingsand directives, and the local security requirements. Review and give guidance on physical security and safety topics. Conduct local second line information security related reviews. Oversee that risk appetite statements are implemented according to the riskframework. Challenges and assesses the information cyber and IT security risk profile / landscape, including the implemented measures at the yearly review cycle. Periodically evaluates assigned general IT control tasks and initiates corrections if required.Implement adequate second line controls, collaborating with IT and Facilities management. Maintain a register of security incidents, conduct investigations where necessary and make proposals for improvements Act as the main point of contact for informationsecurity, cybersecurity, and physical security matters. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience working within Security Risk, ideally from within a similar Financial Services business. Expert understanding of Information Security Management Systems andISO27001 domains including controls Relevant qualifications including Certified to either CISSP or CISM level. Excellent communication skills to work closely with staff across the business locally and other office locations.
