Ensure satisfactory communication with the day shift. To follow & adhere to Cargiants set disciplines and principles, ensuring that all employees and customers follow companys procedures in a professional compliant manner. Whilst also providing the highestlevel of customer service with a positive can-do attitude.Duties/ResponsibilitiesHythe Road Only: Ensure all cars are safe and locked. Ensure all cars are booked in once entered the security gate. Check all sales invoices. Ensure all sales staff and drivers provide trade plates before leaving the secured area. Look for lost cars (Digbys list or cars that when they go past a gate are not in the system at the time). Check ID numbers are correct when driving out and correct location is input on to the system.Hythe Road and East Lane Business Park: Site patrol of all entrances and the internal and external perimeter or the site, using Deister patrol swiping the checkpoints, checking for broken fire exit glass on patrol. Patrol the Car Park and roads looking for not authorized parked cars and possible intruders within the premises. CCTV monitoring between patrols and ensure that Estate property is safe at all times. Make sure all Staff complies with company policies and procedures. Make sure all Tenants/Customers comply with the rules and regulations of the Estate/Company. Make sure you are properly in use of your uniform and have a professional approaching to Staff and tenants have a strong understanding of the estate lay out. Look for possible break-ins and contact the tenants and emergency services where applicable. Report to Security Manager/Estate Manager any issues/faults occurred during the shiftHealth & Safety Responsibilities It is each employees responsibility to ensure that the environment in which they work in is safe for them and others. This includes reporting all accidents and near misses to management. Reporting any potential issues which could cause harm.
