Job Description

Job Title: Security Issuance LeadLocation: LondonCorporate Title: Assistant Vice PresidentYou will be joining the London Vault team which is a unit of Corporate Trust & Depository Receipts within Trust & Agency Services (TAS) Operations, Corporate Bank. The team provides operational support to primarily the TAS business as well as Securities Services(SeS). The vault is responsible for various security processing functions that must be administered within a secure and extremely controlled environment. Your key responsibilities
  • Full-time onsite lead of 4 FTE reporting directly into the London Vault Manager.
  • Leadership and oversight of key processes performed within a Critical Economic Function.Assist with building a successful and dynamic team, adapting and enhancing regulatory change requirements with heavy involvement in reconciliations of large inventoriesof physical assets.
  • Manage daily creation and full redemption processes of all global debt instruments.
  • Manage the processing of all systemic deposit and withdrawal instructions initiated by internal stakeholder partnership teams.
  • Collation of daily & monthly MIS for senior management review.
  • Regulatory reporting, supporting audit reviews, presenting walkthroughs, collating and distribution of supporting evidence along with Monthly Attestation review/cover. Working with technology in developing and testing new system enhancements.

  • Proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail key.
  • Superior awareness of operational risk & control.
  • Innovative thinker in improving manual/systemic processes without impacting controls.
  • Good time management skills, ability to work on multiple streams of work.
  • Ability to react positively to change and prioritise where needed.
