Information Security Architect The company is a professional services cyber security consultancy, specialising in end-to-end cyber security solutions. This is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of security architecture with experience working with multiple clients designing and assessing broad security controls. A strong opportunity for a Information Security Architect with experience with broad security controls, looking for a challenging consultancy environment. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN INFORMATION SECURITY ARCHITECT:Support network security processes such as cloud management, web filtering, email security and network access controlsOversee information protection technology vendorsReview and test new technologies for the information protection programmeManage the application security processes within the company, between the engineer, penetration, and other divisionsEnsure all internal (and external) application requirements are developed and secure throughout the design and building stagesManage secure development processes within the companyManage the SIEM deploymentManage an information classification scheme to document and classify information for its archival and disposalSupport the management of solutions for remote wipe and encryption of mobile devicesWork with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate safeguarding needs SKILLS REQUIRED FOR AN INFORMATION SECURITY ARCHITECT:3 years work experience in information security as an architectExperience with Azure is requiredExperience with Office365CISSP, CISM or GIAC are highly desirableExperience with PKI, IAM and Endpoint Detection and ResponseExperience with network access controls and proxy managementStrong experience with firewalls, web filtering, DLP, email security and web securityStrong communication skillsExperience with information lifecycle management, and network and infrastructure security BENEFITS OF BEING AN INFORMATION SECURITY ARCHITECT:Opportunity to work on a project building security from the ground upLead investigations into new technologies and make decisions on the tools and programmes used by the companyWork collaboratively with other divisions to achieve highest security standardsWork directly with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate needs of the business
