Job Description

You would be joining the Trade Support team, which supports the various trading desks globally, and is mainly responsible for the settlements and confirmation of transactions alongside various on-boarding and data management activities.Your responsibilities:

  • Capture, investigate & resolve any Failed Trades by liaising with custodians and Brokers.
  • Complete and understand the daily task that act as the Control Framework including confirmation of transactions via an STP environment with focus on exception management by using Charles River Development, CTM and TRAX.
  • Manage exceptions with a proactive and continuous aim of investigating cause and eliminating re-occurrence.
  • Evolve the firms processes to increase automation/STP and reduce risk as well as proactively challenge and improve the way functions within the team are conducted.
  • Learn and execute various on-boarding and data management tasks including Account and Broker On-boarding, Settlement Instructions, Commission & Fee default management.
Your profile:
  • Two to five years experience in a trade support or middle office role within asset management.
  • Knowledge of securities from a confirmation and settlement perspective with a strong understanding of equities, fixed income, bonds Repos and funds from a middle office perspective.
  • Experience using Charles River (CRD), Simcorp, DTCC CTM, and TRAX.
