Job Description

Sector ManagerHotels £competitive basic salary, plus bonus, excellent career development, home based contract to include all of the tools to do your job, including a company car, discounted products and services and much more!This is an exciting opportunity to become a Brakes Sector Managerfocusing on specific areas of the business, to create industry specialists within each Sector. This role specialises in our Hotel Sector Team. Your local pub, your favourite restaurant and your childrens school all have one thing in commonBrakes UK. Youll be a true advisor to your customers, delivering our visionto be our Customers most valued and trusted business partner.As a Brakes Hotel Sector Manager, youll be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of customer account plans within the Hotels sector; ensuring all customer expectations and contractual Service Level Agreements are met. With a strong commitment to responsible sourcing - from Red Tractor accredited meat, poultry and fruit and veg to MSC certifiedfish and seafood, every product in our extensive range has been developed by our very own food development chefs or chosen with chefs and their customers in mind, making sure we deliver quality and taste with every bite.Role responsibility:You will have the responsibility for a portfolio of hotel group customers, ensuring that company profitability, customer requirements and individual growth targets are met. Within Hotels, we look after a wide variety of customers with a varying range ofneeds and requirements. You will be the point of contact for all queries and questions, enabling the customer to look to you for support, advice, guidance and enhancement of the service we provide. You will also be looking to develop, implement and maintainindividual customer account plans by identifying key activities and priorities in line with our company strategic objectives. You will personally manage each client relationship working cross functionally within the wider Sysco UK business in all departmentsand business areas.Youll have:

  • Experience of customer relationship management and developing a partnership sales approach

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong IT skills
  • A proven sales track record
