Job Description

Job Title - Section Planner Location - LondonRates - Up To £329.53 per day (LTD/Umbrella) or Up To £287.71 per day (PAYE)In Scope of IR35 About the role / project:In this role you will be using corporate planning processes and the possession planning system, to undertake the development of detailed work plans for Section Managers and Safe System of Work packs. This role is for a period of 6 months with a view to extending.What you will do:

  1. Plan and optimise all agreed work activities for the section.
  2. Accurately update systems, databases and records as required.
  3. Produce Safe System of Work plans.
  4. Submit green zone access and isolation requests.
  5. Produce draft quarterly plans.
  6. Manage weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings.
  7. Represent Section Managers at planning meetings.
  8. Collate and maintain infrastructure maintenance records.
Your experience will include:Essential
  • Valid Safe System of Work Planning (SSOWP) certificate is essential.
  • Core Planning Skills
  • Knowledge of access and possession processes and experience with PPS systems.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
    • Desirable
  • Local area knowledge (Victoria).
