Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant - Lambeth - ASAP Start - £75 to £100 a day - SEN School

Do you have experience supporting teenagers with Special Educational NeedsHave you previously worked in a SEN School or have a desire too Will you be able to work 1:1 as well as in small groups If you answered yes to the above, then this Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant role is for you! Secondary SEN Teaching AssistantQualiteach is currently working with a SEN School who is looking to take on a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to work in their secondary side of the school. You will be required to work with students with different SEN needs which will include Autism, DownSyndrome, Speech, and Language Difficulties and more. All of the students you will be working with will be working from the normal UK National Curriculum, this will include lessons such as Maths, English, Science, Cooking ,PE ,ICT ,History etc. Due to thestudents needs you will need to support them during their lessons, manage their behaviour and also assist them to the toilet. Therefore, the ideal Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant for this role must have had previous experience in a similar setting and haveexperience supporting young people with additional needs. SEN SchoolThis SEN School is located in the London brough of Lambeth and caters for students aged between 9-19 years with Special Educational Needs. They currently have 140 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in February 2019, they were reviewed as Outstandingin all areas.
