Job Description

SDET|- London / Hybrid - 6 Month Contract - £500 - £650 Per Day Inside IR35 Our Tier 1 Financial Services clients are looking for SDETs to support the evolution of their applications to deliver a modern, first-class, cloud-based platform to their users. You must have excellent, in-depth SDET skills first and foremost (regardless of your industry domain). You must be a team player, clear communicator, and practice best-in-class Agile, DevOps and software development ways of working. You MUST HAVE strong skills in/with:

  • Automated testing
  • React/JavaScript and or C# (a development background in these areas would be highly advantageous)
  • Manual testing
  • Functional testing
  • Performance testing
  • Unit, integration and end-to-end functional (and technical) testing
It would preferential if you have experienceof/with:
  • Implementing Test Automation frameworks
  • Implementing regression testing frameworks
  • Behaviour Driven Development
  • White-box and Black-box functional testing
  • Using web testing frameworks e.g. Selenium
  • DevOps / Testing CD integration
  • Trading / trade cycle experience in either Investment Banking, Asset Management or Wealth Management would be a plus
Top 3 skills required:
  • Automated testing
  • React/JavaScript and or C# (a development background in these areas would be highly advantageous)
  • Implementing regression testing frameworks
