Scrum Master Team Leader Westminster, London £50,000 to £65,000 + Hybrid Working 2 Days a Week on Site, 3 Days a Week WFH + Package Excellent opportunity for a Scrum Master will strong Software Development skills and leadership experience to join a rapidly expanding company in a varied and interesting role where you can progress your career. Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with some of the biggest manufacturers in Europe, Japan, and the USA this company have continues to expand. Through growth they are looking to add a Team Lead Scrum Master into their Development team. In this role you will lead a team of up to 10 people, helping with the transition to agile development. The role will be split between site based in London and Working from Home. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Agile environment, have C++ & Python Software Development sills, previous leadership or team lead experience in similar Scrum Master or Software Management roles. The role: *Hybrid working, between central London and home *Managing a team of up to 10 (some remote) *Breakdown & schedule technical work with the team *Define, implement, and monitor aspects of Agile Development process *Work with the Product Owner to breakdown User Stories for the team *Monitor iteration progress *Software development / infrastructure work *Work with Proxy Customers and Testing to validate development outputs The person: *Previous experience as a Scrum Master *Degree Qualified - Engineering / Software Engineering *Significant Software Development experience (Coding) *C++/Python skills *Practical knowledge/experience working in an Agile environment *Experience managing a small team of developers Required skills
