Job Description

The Supervisory Portal team sits within the Commodities and Global Markets Technology organisation. Our team designs, builds, tests and supports the Supervisory Portal, the primary Risk Culture and Supervision Platform and supports the most senior tradingmarkets leaders. What role will you playYou will play a key role in driving the adoption of agile ways of working and refining processes to suit the environment and stakeholders. You will be running agile processes across multiple squads, working with product owners and development leads to deliversoftware change and be leading and coaching agile ways of working in continuous delivery environment. What you offer

  • Extensive Agile Scrum Master experience, ideally as part of a platform software development team within the financial services sector
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to drive effective team ceremonies including stand-ups, refinement sessions, backlog grooming, showcases and retrospectives
  • Strong planning skills with excellent control overs dependencies, risks and issues, and escalations
  • Self-starter with an ability to gain the consensus for change and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Expert in maximising and managing product backlogs with the ability to challenge product owners and business analysts to deliver whats needed in a timely manner
  • An expert in extracting value from tools like Jira to provide information to diverse stakeholders.
