Job Description

TEKsystems is currently engaged with one of our top clients who are looking to hire an Agile Scrum Master. The successful candidate will have a vital role in shaping future strategy and direction within the organisation.Description:• Help the programme team understand Agile theory, practices, and values• Coach individuals, teams and organizations to apply the framework and facilitate their collaboration with other teams• Facilitate Agile events• Help to develop high-performing teams• Ensure that the squads understand the business objectives, the scope and the product and define clear as well as concise backlog itemsDesired and Essential Skills and Qualifications:• Very good knowledge of the Agile Frameworks with at least two years practical experience as a Scrum Master• Project Management experience• Solid Azure Dev Ops experience• Insight into actuarial• Team player who lives: active listening, empathy, awareness, foresight, commitment to growth, and community building• Facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship building skills• Passionate, known for a positive, "can do” attitude, continuously learning and developingSkills:
