Job Description

I am working with a leading player in the insurance industry, who offer specialist insurance and reinsurance. They are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their dynamic team.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective application of Scrum practices, fostering collaboration, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of thisand make a significant impact on their development.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scrum Leadership: Lead and coach Scrum teams to ensure the successful adoption and execution of Agile principles and practices.
  2. Collaboration: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  3. Delivery Management: Facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality insurance products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, impediments, and dependencies that may impact the successful delivery of projects.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, encouraging feedback, and implementing process enhancements.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritiseand refine the product backlog.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
  • Experience working in the insurance industry is a strong preference.
