Role Overview: As the Cluster Specialist of Supply Chain Management (SCM), your role is pivotal in leading procurement and vendor management activities across the cluster. In this position, you will ensure strategic alignment, cost optimization, and the integrationof sustainable practices throughout SCM operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategy:• Implement strategic priorities in the Europe cluster for optimal cost management. • Execute global priorities, streamlining SCBs end-to-end supply chain. • Translate SCM strategy into operational plans, overseeing cost savings targets. • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize supplier service levels. • Embed Sustainability aspirations into all facets of SCM delivery. Business:• Translate SCM region strategy into operational plans and resource requirements. • Oversee supply chain cost savings targets, building a robust cluster savings pipeline. • Identify and implement sourcing plans, establishing key business relationships. • Foster effective senior stakeholder engagement and collaboration. Processes:• Collaborate with SCM Centre of Excellence for efficient service delivery. • Drive innovation and automation, leveraging deep subject matter expertise. • Enforce the use of SCM tools for increased efficiency and spend control. • Control and reduce the number of suppliers year-on-year. Vendor Management and Sustainability:• Support businesses in maximizing supplier service level agreements. • Collaborate on Service Review Meeting (SRM) agendas with a focus on sustainability. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities with suppliers. • Embed Sustainability aspirations into all SCM delivery aspects in the cluster. • Support Global Supplier D&I objectives and Net Zero agenda. Risk Management:• Support overall supplier risk mitigation programs. • Execute actions to meet regulatory requirements related to the banks supplier base. • Educate local stakeholders on agreement risks and risk management requirements. • Support cluster risk reviews for SCM. Governance:• Support governance of non-compliance cases with TPRM processes. • Provide counsel and leadership to stakeholders in procurement, vendor management, and outsourcing. • Support GIA audits in the cluster. Regulatory & Business Conduct:• Ensure the highest standards of ethics, regulatory and business conduct. • Collaborate with regulators on Vendor Management, Outsourcing, and TPRM regulation. Qualifications: • Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications: Degree or equivalent. • Licenses and Certifications/accreditations: Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management. • Professional Memberships: CIPS or similar desirable. • Languages: English (Mandatory), other languages applicable to the cluster desirable. Key Stakeholders: • Business/Function Heads in the cluster. • Senior budget holders to ensure that SCM is aligned with business objectives and to enlist support in participating in cost and supply base improvement efforts • Cluster Supply Chain Management Team.
