Science TechnicianTimePlan are looking for a committed and enthusiastic science technician for a school in Stratford. This is an immediate start position and the school is looking for someone on a permanent basis. You will report directly into the premises manager.You will also be responsible for ensuring that teachers across the science department have access to the equipment and resources that they require for their practical lessons. You will work closely with the biology, chemistry and physics departments. This is a busy role that will require you to move between the schools buildings during the day. You will need to be on call for any incidents or emergencies that cannot be handled by the teacher alone.The starting salary for the role is £21,000 and you are required to work for 36 hours per week. Any increase in salary will be dependent on experience. A relevant degree is highly desirable.The school can provide travel loans, cycle to work permits and childcare voucher schemes.
