Your responsibilities will include: Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning classrooms, offices, and communal areas.Ensuring the security and safety of the premises, including locking and unlocking doors, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to emergencies.Carryingout minor repairs and maintenance work, such as fixing leaky taps, replacing light bulbs, and repairing furniture.Managing the schools heating, ventilation, and lighting systems to ensure a comfortable and conducive learning environment.Assisting withsetting up and dismantling equipment for events and activities.Supporting the efficient management of supplies, stock, and inventory.Requirements: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Previous experience as a School Caretaker, demonstrating knowledge of caretaking duties and responsibilities.Strong practical skills with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks.Excellent organizational and time management skills,ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.Diligence and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and students.Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle emergencies calmly.A genuine passionfor supporting the educational journey of young people.What We Offer: We understand the importance of attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
