Are you a personable, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with strong administration skills Would you enjoy working in a school office setting whilst developing your HR knowledge If yes, we encourage you to apply for the position of Front of Houseand HR Officer at Ravenstone Primary School, part of Wandle Learning Trust.As part of a busy and friendly office team of 3, you will undertake responsibilities of managing the schools outwards facing administration, with a particular responsibility for HumanResources. You will support the smooth day to day running of the school by completing tasks such as answering phone calls & emails and passing on messages to staff, responding to parents queries, meeting and greeting appointments and external visitors andmaintaining the reception area.Your HR responsibilities will include (but not limited to) managing the recruitment cycle for the school, safer recruitment, payroll processing, contract writing and maintenance and ensuring all HR requirements are met and alignwith the Trust.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised, have experience working in a reception and preferably have previous experience working in a school and HR administration before. Although office experienceis desirable it is not essential as the school is looking for a highly motivated, flexible individual who is willing to develop themselves and is committed to the life of our school.
