Job Description

Systematix is currently looking for a SCCM Specialist - 100% REMOTE to develop, maintain and support a growing number of services for one of the global leaders in Life Sciences technologies.ABOUT THE PROJECTOur client is one of the world’s leading Life Sciences, with offices around the globe. Working as the resident SCCM Specialist for the Client technologies division, you will be a significant contributor to the enterprise wide rollouyt of Windows OS. You will also be responsible for providing support for Global IT Operations including service desk, development, security and support of all relevant IT infrastructure, systems and applications.Your responsibilities in the role will be:

  • Work with key people in our global IT departments to provide secure, reliable Shared Services that you help design, test, implement and support.
  • Design, improve, implement automation processes with a goal to reach a zero-maintenance, zero downtime infrastructure where applicable.
  • Mentor, guide, train the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation and site visits.
  • Some of the systems and services that are important in the environment:
    • o Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, etc.)o Monitoring (SCOM, Zenoss, etc.)o Virtualization (VMWare)o Cloud Infrastructure (AWS EC3)o Azure Application Integrations, Office 365o SQL, Backup, File & Print Services, etc.o Load BalancingABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Office applications
  • Experienced with large scale Windows OS rollouts and upgrades
  • Significant knowledge of SCCM
  • Proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
  • Experience with Bomgar remote control management
  • Experience with InTune/AutoPilot is a strong asset
  • Experienced using service desk for managing workload and priorities
  • College degree is require, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as follow-up and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
