Our customers benefit from our energy efficient and smart building solutions, the provision of effective and innovative services, the transformation of neighbourhoods through regeneration projects, and the supply of reliable, flexible and renewable energy.Globally, employs 160,000 people worldwide and achieved revenues of ?60.6 billion in 2018.Key Responsibilities:*Develop and maintain procedures for managing SCCM.*Develop and maintain procedures for managing Adaptiva and Ivanti Patch for SCCM.*Adhere to internal control and risk frameworks.*Support of SCCM related Incidents within agreed SLAs.*Ensuring all incidents are updated in a regular, accurate and timely manner. Escalating incidents when required.*Perform systems administration activities such as performance tuning and data management.*Monitoring and reviewing quality of service delivered.*Interfacing directly with all service delivery teams.*Creation, update and maintenance of the technical knowledge base and documentation.*Providing technical support and mentoring to other members of the team.*Operating within agreed security frameworks.*Customer Service skills applied to difficult users.QualificationsRequired Qualifications, Skills or Experience:*Degree level or equivalent, preferably Information Technology or Computer Science.*ITIL.*Appropriate technical qualifications, e.g. Microsoft (MCSE), Cisco (CCNA / CCNP), Citrix Administrator.*Experience of developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.*Experience of Problem Change and Release Management processes.*Previous Experience of Windows 10 refreshes/roll outs*Hands-on experience of automating processes through scripting using standard tools such as PowerShell (preferable) or VBScript.*Experience of Supporting Sccm in a medium to large environment*Demonstrated ability to work effectively and to succeeed in a small team environment, within a complex and dynamic environment.*Demonstrated ability to apply professional techniques in a commercial environment.*Cloud based offerings, including Azure, AWSCertes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
