Job Description

Role: SC Delivery LeadRef: 50164Role Type: ContractLocation: Hybrid - Remote and office working in Witney (Oxfordshire) or LondonRate: £500 per day Outside IR35Duration: Until end of March 2024 (possible extension) If you want to break out of the normal work cycle and be part of a dynamic and growing team where your contribution has a real impact, get in touch today.We are looking for a Delivery Lead to be responsible for overseeingthe delivery of projects with a focus on Lean and Agile practices. This role requires a balance of operational execution and strategic planning, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and align with organisational goals.Objectivesof this role:

  • As Delivery Lead you will implement Lean and Agile practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Oversee commercial management aspects of projects, focusing on aligning with the strategic and operational needs.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial objectives.
  • Maintain delivery momentum, ensuring projects related to the account progress according to plan and meet desired outcomes.
  • The Delivery Lead will facilitate effective process management to optimise workflows and improve project delivery within the framework.
  • Engage in strategic planning, ensuring project deliverables are in line with strategic objectives
Additional skills and Qualifications:
  • The Delivery Lead will need SC clearance - this is essential due to the nature of work
  • Proven experience in risk management and decision-making in complex project environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, including key stakeholders.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management and the ability to navigate and lead through change effectively.
