We have a fantastic permanent role for a senior Deskside Support Engineer, based in London. This role is working on a secure site, therefore the engineer must have LIVE SC LEVEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. The Engineer will be dealing with ad-hoc customer incidents and IMAC requests, Hardware Breakfix, Hands and Eyes support, and Stock Management. There is also a requirement to run major projects and bespoke non-standard client requests. The role requires excellent customer, hardware and organisational skills. This is a customer facing role and it is essential that a good relationship with the Client is achieved. The role is part of a team of 40 across various accounts in the UK. Responsibilities:
