Your role • We are looking for talented Consultants who have a strong consulting or a combination of change management/ business analysis and/ or training background • You will be working in the Transformation Services team within SAP+ Delivery Services and will have day-to-day responsibility for the completion of high quality client deliverables • You may not have specialised in a single change discipline to date, but you must be strong in business analysis, change management or training and willing to broaden to encapsulate the full services that we offer our clients • You will be expected to lead on the production of key elements or artefacts of SAP Transformation Programmes, such as leading a workstream or being accountable for the delivery of key client deliverables, such as a training needs analysis or the change management plan • You will be expected to build strong, productive relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders • You are motivated by supporting and enabling the people side of change, although an interest in technical, and specifically SAP projects, is important • A working knowledge of the project lifecycle is essential Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Your professional experienceEssential • Ability to lead on the production of key elements or artefacts of a SAP Transformation Programme, such as successfully leading a workstream or being accountable for the delivery of a key client deliverable • Experience in producing and implementing high quality artefacts relating to the people side of change, such as a change strategy, communications and engagement plan, training needs analysis, change readiness assessment, change design and impact assessment, change management plan • Ability to follow and adapt, where necessary, industry-recognised change management, business analysis and training methodologies • Ability to assimilate and align work to client and Deloitte objectives, develop insights through effective data gathering and engagement with clients • A self-starter mindset; you seek opportunities to develop and challenge yourself • A team player who is able to build trust and collaborate with others, developing effective relationships and deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instil confidence in others • Adaptive and innovative; you can work both with our valued ways of working and continually apply new ways of looking at problems and practices to help us strive for excellence • Ability to embrace our Deloitte purpose and values and put these into practice in your professional life • Ability to actively seek out opportunities to grow, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador Desirable • Relevant professional qualification, awarded by BCS, APMG, IIBA, PMI, Prosci, such as BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, SAP Enable Now Certification, and/or a professional Change Management qualification, would be highly advantageous • A sound and active knowledge of the Prosci® approach to change including the ADKAR® model would be advantageous • Considered a strong collaborator or high performer by your peers and able to provide references in support of this • The willingness to take risks and be wrong in the pursuit of being your best, authentic self Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
