To be successful you will have:Experience leading and inspiring large teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshoreMultiple end to end implementations in SAP ECC FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance projectsExtensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANADeep technical expertise in a core SAP component e.g. Finance or L2CExpert functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in one of its core components e.g. FinanceKnowledge of best practice design and an advisory focusPrevious experience from a top consulting firm is a mustExcellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the clientPre-sales experience You will be responsible for:Resolve key design decisions focusing on Technical architecture and integrationProactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Partner & Director LevelDevelop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clientsManaging and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teamAssisting in the financial management and control of client engagementsBe actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsShape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteriaInfluence clients use of automation/iRPA Train, coach, and supervise team membersNot the role for you Did you know PwC offer flexible contract arrangements as well as contingent work (ie temporary or day rate contracting) The skills we look for in future employees All our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
