We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individualsto take our SAP and Finance Consulting practice to the next level and currently have an opportunity for a SAP S4/HANA RtR consultant at Manager Level to join the team. To be successful you will have:Experience in SAP ECC FICO and S4/HANA Finance ConsultingKnowledgeof best practices in GL Accounting, Period End Close (Fast Close), Fixed Assets, Consolidation and IntercompanyExperience in Treasury and Tax Compliance and ReportingKnowledge of statutory, fiscal and legal requirements in local marketsExperience of at leasttwo end to end implementations in SAP ECC FICO and/or S4/HANA Finance projects with a clear understanding of the project lifecycleExperience in process design and process improvementTeam Lead experience of between 2-4 peoplePrevious consulting experience isa must!Excellent stakeholder management and relationship buildingAn accounting background or qualification would be beneficial but not essentialYou will be responsible for:Leadership and Functional Consulting within SAP S4/HANA Finance projects.Proactivelyassisting in the management of a client, reporting to Senior Manager or Director LevelAssisting in the management and control of client engagementsDevelop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clientsSupporting the Senior Managers/ Directors across different areas of Record to Report such as Financial Accounting, Intercompany and Consolidation, depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycleManaging and delivering large projects by developing the projectteam, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teamShape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteriaInfluence clients use ofautomation/iRPA Train, coach, and supervise team membersConsulting In Consulting we deliver practical, far-sighted advice that gets straight to the heart of clients business issues and delivers amazing results by helping our clients improve the way they operate,reduce costs, manage risks, leverage talent or fundamentally change the way they do business, the work you do will be all about helping organisations of all shapes and sizes work smarter and grow faster.
