IntroductionAs a Project Manager at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively deliver integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an SAP Project Manager at IBM, you will assume a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering SAP projects successfully. Your responsibilities will encompass project initiation, planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and ensuring on-time,on-budget project delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP software, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to provide effective leadership.Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Ensure project objectives align with the clients business goals.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Manage project resources, both internal and external, to meet project requirements.
• Continuously monitor and optimize resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of S4 HANA SAP projects, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress, promptly identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
• Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Proactively address potential challenges and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Maintain open communication with clients to manage expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them well-informed of project status and progress.
• Collaborate with project teams and senior management to report on project performance.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates.

• Proven experience in SAP S4 HANA project management across global complex SAP implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and their integration with other business systems.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage detailed project plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Risk management expertise to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and a thorough understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
