You will collaborate with key stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure our SAPsystems are perfectly integrated, optimising our entire Food & Beverage operation.Heres what makes this role a game-changer for you:

  • Be the Orchestrator: Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects, ensuring flawless alignment with business goals.
  • Strategic Visionary: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving success from conception to completion.
  • Mastermind of Efficiency: Develop comprehensive plans, timelines, and budgets, keeping a watchful eye on project milestones.
  • Communication Virtuoso: Act as the central hub, liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and SAP consultants.
  • Team Catalyst: Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and achieving exceptional results.
  • Risk Slayer: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and devise mitigation strategies for a smooth project journey.
  • Testing Guru: Oversee the testing phases, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Champion: Provide training and support, empowering end-users to leverage the full potential of SAP systems.
  • Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement Advocate: Drive initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our SAP integrations.
To thrive in this role, you will possess:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry (bottling or warehouse management a plus).
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Cloud Platform Integration, Data Services).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
  • SAP certification(s) highly preferred.
