Job Description

SAP HCM Consultant -£55k - £62k DOEGlobal ConsultancyHybrid working / UK Wide office locations to choose: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Wales, Liverpool or SheffieldSecurity Clearance Requirement: SC Cleared or Willing to undergo clearanceWe are currently assisting this prestigious IT organisation in the recruitment of a SAP HCM Consultant to assist in the design, build and support of the SAP HCM solutions for one of the business flagship accounts. You will work as part of an establishedteam within a large SAP space, delivering quality solutions on a substantial, multi-tiered SAP technical estate. Our client offers excellent opportunities for training and career progression.You will be joining one of the largest SAP practices in the UK at the forefront of delivering business benefit to customers through SAP-enabled transformation and business change.Role overview:

  • Enhancement and support of existing SAP HCM solutions for a large and prestigious client
  • Configure SAP for HCM solutions according to industry best practices
  • Prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, WRICEFs, Functional Specifications
  • Support and liaise closely with your corresponding client teams to resolve issues, provide solutions and offer support
Requirements:
  • Excellent experience as a SAP HCM consultant, having worked multiple project lifecycles and in Live Support environments
  • Strong functional HCM knowledge, e.g. Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management, Personnel Admin
  • Broad technical HCM awareness such as Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Portals, etc
