Job Description

SAP Environments Manager - Perm Opportunity Remote working with occasional travel required to London once restrictions have settled.Our client is looking for an SAP Environments Manager who has experience in the creation, management and delivery of on-going strategy and operations relating to their SAP systems.Key Areas of ResponsibilityYour duties will consist of the following:

  • Implement the Environment Strategy.
  • Maintain the functioning of the ERP system.
  • Increase efficiency of AWS environment usage.
  • SAP OSS Developer key and licence management.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, i.e. VPN management, firewall, access control management.
  • Maintain and manage CMDB, understanding usage of all systems used by the client.
  • Continuously work to better the systems, staying ahead of the curve with security, updating, maintenance and patching. (Continuous service performance and improvement)
    • Essential Skills
  • Very senior proficiency in SAP Basis module
  • IaaS management on AWS, including OS such as Windows & Linux or databases such as Hana and Oracle.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management.
  • Agile methodology and good business aptitude.
  • Change Management, source code control open VPN.
  • Expertise in solution design and architecture relating to the implementation of SAP products.
  • Proficiency in SCP, Fiori, ABAP, Aws, Java Stack.
  • Must have full experience of end-to-end project lifecycles.
