Job Description

SAP Change Manager - Global Finance & HR Transformation - Top City Law Firm - London City / Remote Working - FTC or Inside IR35 Contract - Day Rate OfferedWorking for a large, global law firm, you will be responsible for a portfolio of change workstreams for both technology and process transformation in Finance, HR and Service Delivery.You will be joining the programme at an early stage, and your role will play a pivotal part over the next two/three years to ensure change initiatives and activities will minimise the impact of the programme on its workforce and firms Partners whilst increasing employee adoption and usage of the new system.Owner of change methodologies and strategies to influence and embed changes to the ways of working and drive adoption of the new technologies (Fulcrum SAP, Service Now, SuccessFactors, Document Management) and services (shared service delivery model - Finance & HR) across the international firm.Role responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of change, communications and training for the OCM (Organisational Change Management) portfolio;
  • Leader on RFP for selection of third-party change management provider in conjunction with procurement and legal;
  • Lead on resourcing for OCM and how this team is structured;
  • Embdedding comprehensive governance structures for managing a portfolio of change including RACI. This will include the establishment of a clear Change Network’ internationally as well as convening forums to ensure the Transformation Programme has road tested’ new ways of working / systems with fee-earners and business services staff;
  • Participation in the Transformation Programme Design Authority meetings to ensure that new systems and processes are fully change impact assessed as part of their agreement;
  • Develop and own an integrated change management plan that details key change activities, deliverables and outputs through the transformation delivery lifecycle;
  • Completing readiness health checks’
  • Own the Training Delivery Strategy
  • Owner of relationship between the firm and any 3rd party change provider;
  • Relationship management between functional OCM leads and Cross Programme PMO
  • Responsible for cross programme governance (reporting, plans, risks) for OCM
    • Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Experience of SAP/S/4 Hana and Success Factors
  • Experience of portfolio change management - not just one project
  • Proven Change Management experience in a comparable role (global finance transformation) in a Partnership environment (Accountancy, Professional Services or Legal) is essential
  • Extensive exposure to senior global stakeholders (Partner/C-level/board level)
  • Formal change management qualification (CCMP/APMG/Prosci)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving
