We have a dedicated team of attentive, qualified, and experienced beauty therapists and we provide only thebest in beauty and wellness treatments in a relaxing and tranquil environment.The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day running of the salon and staff along with carrying out all traditional beauty treatments including - massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, spray tans, facials, eyelashes, and eyebrows tinting andlifting. Must have NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification. If the therapist can carry out Electrolysis and Skin Tag Removals this would be a bonus.The role will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the salon including managing and training staff
• Providing all services offered by the salon
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer care and that customer experience exceeds expectation
• Addressing and resolving client issues and complaints
• Making certain that beauty treatments by all therapists meet high-quality standards
• Promote services, products, and discounts on social media and at the salon
• Creating promotions and events throughout the year
• Processing clients payments and maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Ensuring that the salon is always clean and well-maintained
• Stock orders
• General salon administration
• Forward-thinking and keeping up to date with trends in the beauty industry

Additional training will be provided paid for by the salon (details below under benefits) - The role will suit qualified, experienced therapists with 5 years experience, minimum NVQ Level 3.Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 in Beauty Therapy essential.
• You should have at least 5 years of professional salon or spa experience and be competent in a range of treatments including massage.
• Excellent levels of customer service and building client rapport
• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
• You should be able to work Tuesday-Saturdays and have flexibility to overtime if and when required
• All applicants must have a good level of spoken & written English and hold a valid UK work permit/visa.
