Job Description

Salesforce Technical LeadLondon/ Remote£85,000+Method Cloud are working with a leading Platinum Salesforce Partner who are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to join our fast-paced and established team as Salesforce Technical Lead.The successful candidate will hit the ground running, bringing their knowledge, experience and great teamwork ethos to support the client in delivering more exceptional projects for their Customers.What the role will involve:

  • Leading the design & delivery of integration workstreams by providing instructions/guidelines to the technical development team.
  • Helping design business processes including automations based on Salesforce Platform
  • Developing business requirements and functional designs
  • Building integration jobs based on instructions and guidelines, and build /implement web-based user interfaces
  • Help grow future talent by coaching and providing development opportunities
  • Support unit testing, system testing and acceptance testing activities
  • Review the build work of the team and help them develop to the clients standards
What youll need:
  • 4 + years experience in a development role
  • Experience writing well-documented code in Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Lightning
  • Experience in the complete life cycle of project development (SFDC) including Release Management Testing, and Deployment
  • Ability to understand security concepts and solutions of components
  • GIT and SFDX experience
  • System and Data Integration experience
  • Exposure to development on platforms outside of Salesforce (e.g. AWS / MuleSoft)
