Development Technical Lead – E-Commerce - London - £60,000 - £70,000An experienced E-Commerce Developer / Technical Lead is needed to join a very successful and global E-commerce business based in London. (Offering home working)This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Developer / lead developer with experience working in an E-commerce environment and Salesforce experience that wants to take that next step upwards into management and strategic level business work whilst still keeping their hands in development. The Role:- Your time will be split 50 / 50 between hands on coding and team management- Managing a team of 4 fulltime developers (all focused within Salesforce Web Development, using JavaScript) and mentoring a few on a part time basis- Reporting into the head of development and working closely with the Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts- You will work closely with the Head of Development in planning release cycles, coding deployments and business roadmapping.- Overseeing the development and maintenance of the businesses website which is being heavily invested and developed, going through a major migration currently from Genesis to SFRA.Skills and Experience Required:- You will have at last 5yrs experience within Software Development and in an E-commerce environment now be at a senior / lead level- You will have strong skills across Javascript and other MVC areas- You will have experience working with Salesforce- You should have experience mentoring juniors, reviewing and helping improve code- You will have experience within an E-commerce environment- Any experience with SFRA (Store Front Reference Architecture) is a distinct advantageYou will be joining a successful, innovative and ambitious e-commerce company who have an international presence, fantastic brand and massive growth opportunities.
