Job Description

Salesforce Technical Lead / Zuora / Design / Implementation / Migration /Salary: circa £65,000 - £80,000 dependent on experienceCentral LondonPermanent Leading digital organisation based in an excellent location are looking to add a Senior Salesforce Technical / Team Lead to their established team. Options around remote work and fixed term contracts if candidate was interested.Please apply for a full job spec and JD.Responsibilities / Essential Skills

  • Will be leading and helping the client embed the Salesforce implementation and its integration with Zuora throughout the business.
  • Leading the inhouse Salesforce team you will be responsible for both operational and build workstreams. You will be in charge of the full Salesforce development lifecycle within the business including design, implementation, build, test and run, as well as controlling our L1, L2 and L3 Salesforce support functions.
  • Youll contribute and influence the target Salesforce architecture as well as contributing to the departmental standards, processes and procedures.
  • After the migration program completes youll support the construction of new custom applications that build on the completed Salesforce implementation, as well as leveraging data metrics to support business decisions, improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Experience of implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud in an enterprise scale company.
  • Experience of leading and managing a Salesforce build and operations team throughout the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing (all phases), migration, deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience of integrating Salesforce with other business systems.
  • In depth understanding of Salesforce data modelling, integration patterns and architecture best practices
