Wilmington PLC are looking for aSalesforce Solutions ExecutiveSalesforce Solutions ExecutiveLocation: London - E1 8QSSalary: Excellent DOETerm: Full Time, PermanentWhy do we want youWe are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Executive to provide day to day solutions, advice and support on the Wilmington plc Salesforce instance.You will need to have experience driving adoption and best practises within Salesforce and also capturing and mapping business requirements to technical requirements to then implement those solutions through a well-documented and testing process.A bit about usWilmington plc is a company with a difference. Over the years weve grown by acquisition developing a portfolio of businesses who provide GRC and regulatory compliancesolutions to enterprise customers and professionals across the globe.Main Purpose of RoleAs the Salesforce Solutions Executive, your responsibilities will include:- Work closely with the Salesforce support team to pick up tickets they are unable to satisfy- Identify areas of interest and concern and produce the analysis to work with the affected businesses- Assist in the design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.- Specification of external systems and integration with salesforce- Assist in development of design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange- Manage Salesforce platform management tasks such as app evaluations, profiles/org hierarchy.- Adhere to Solutions team processes for deployment/Sprint planning and other agreed processes.- Maintain system security and integrity. Ensure all changes implemented do not impact the integrity of the system.- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests- Manage testing and deployment following the WSS Solutions processes.Skills and Experience Required- Advanced Salesforce Configuration Skills- Strong ability to capture business requirements- Strong Ability to liaise with Stakeholders- Configuration and administration experience in Salesforce- Experience of reporting writing and dashboard creation on the Salesforce platform- Excellent attention to detail- Strong organisational skills- Proven documentation skills- Strong customer service skills- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally- Experience of end-user training- Advanced skills in Microsoft officeAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
