RESPONSIBILITIES As the Salesforce Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational and technological risks. The role includesmanaging users, maintaining data quality, responding to questions from and coaching end-users, reporting and housekeeping within the system. SKILLS As the Salesforce Senior Business Analyst you must have:- Proven experience with Salesforce systems support and an excellent understanding of CRM- Experience of being in an Agile Scrum/Kanban team- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training- Ability to identify process efficiencies i.e. data flow across Sales systems- Knowledge and understanding of a B2B sales process, campaign management and tracking objectives- Knowledge and experience of CPQ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience is essential. QUALIFICATIONS Essential Salesforce certifications: Advance AdministratorIdeal Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirableBusiness Analysis certification is highly desirable, ideally BCS qualifications Required skills
