Job Description

Salesforce Product Owner - Contract£500-520 per day Outside IR357 months A leading gaming company is seeking a CRM Product Owner to join them on a contract until the end of September. Youll be playing a key part in developing the roadmap for CRM, at a key point in their Marketing project.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce CRM initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and Salesforce administrators to deliver optimal CRM solutions.
  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and user stories for Salesforce implementation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business applications, maintaining data integrity and workflow efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to continually enhance CRM capabilities.
Experience Needed:
  • Proven experience as a CRM Product Owner with a focus on Salesforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
