Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Manager - £60,000 - £65,000RemoteA UK leading and well known technology business is looking to grow their Salesforce team that focus within their marketing campaign strategy, specifically working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.One of their requirements is for a Salesforce Automation Manager for the team.This is the opportunity to be part of a very well-known brand and manage a small team who help the business develop and implement new marketing emails as part of a talented team of developers and designers. You will work exclusively with Salesforce MarketingCloud and have the chance to work fully remote or go into one of their many offices throughout the UK should you prefer.Day to day duties:- Manage the Salesforce Automation Team and Strategy working on evolving business needs to ensure targets are met- You will work to Agile methodologies, ensuring best practise is always followed.- You will have overall responsibility to manage and develop campaign rules and logic, model requirements and data feedsall into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, working to data protection and GDPR principles.- You will oversea end-to-end customer experience across all the different products and channels as well as supporting the creation of audiences, campaign rules and logic.- You will ensure all change processes are completed correctly and tested with strict QA/UAT processes.Skills and Experience Required:- A strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across all aspects of automating campaigns, data flows and processes- You must have experience leading or managing a small team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers- Skills across various CRM- Although you do not have to be a hands on coder / developer yourself you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of coding languages in SQL / HTML / CRM- Experience working with various internal stakeholders across Marketing / TechnologyTo find out more about the opportunity send your CV to Heather Bilas at Opus Recruitment Solutions (heather.bilas @ )
