Job Description

Mason Frank are proud to be partnering with a Global cloud consulting who are looking to recruit for a Snr Salesforce Developer to work on their heavily customized internal Salesforce instance.Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Salesforce based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to enhance user experience and improve system functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, development, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications, ideally Platform Developer certified
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience leading a small team of Developers
Benefits
  • Base salary range £75,000 to £80,000 + benefits & bonus
  • Hybrid work pattern, 1-2 days in London per week rerquired
