A Salesforce Integration Developer/Support Analyst is sought by one of the UKs leading hospitality tech companies is looking for a Salesforce Integration developer to join their team for an initial 3 month contract - (outside IR35)This company provide the tools that underpin some of the best know chains across the UK, providing solutions in everything from inventory and stock right through to shift scheduling and payroll.As the main Salesforce Integration Developer/Analyst, you will integrate Salesforce CRM with global internal and external platforms, designing robust testing procedures and providing high quality documentation throughout each project.As the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the Business Applications team for the maintenance, support, and strategy for existing Jitterbit implementation.Serve as a technical advisor for out of the box and standard methodologies on various ecosystems of Salesforce.Act as the primary internal Helpdesk resource for all integration user support issuesPrioritize CRM Helpdesk requests/tickets and track them through to resolution.Provide clear and written verbal support to end users.Help maintain Salesforce system configuration data.Manage users, roles and hierarchies, groups, and security settings.Play a leading role in the administration, customisation and development in both Jitterbit andAs a Salesforce Integration Developer/ Support Analyst you must demonstrate experience developing and maintaining in Jitterbit, or similar visual programming tool (Okta Workflow Builder, Mulesoft , as well as being Familiar with APIs and API authentication frameworks with demonstrated experience integrating enterprise systems in previous roles as well as Unit and integration testing.This role will be fully remote.Look for someone to start ASAP - APPLY NOW !Talent Point design and manage technology resource needs on behalf of a range of businesses that partner solely with us.
