Job Description

Two Salesforce Developers urgently required by one of the UKs most established and successful public sector organisations. Amazing projects and company benefits available.The business itself has just started its multi-million pound digital transformation programme, with lots of Greenfield projects available; building new HR, Finance & Operational Systems, replatforming and redesigning their Salesforce platform, new website builds, just to name a few.Not only will you will be an integral part of an exciting transformation programme, you will be joining a business with significant funds, good technology and amazing people.HOME WORKING AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.Skills & Experience Required;

  • Experience of using Salesforce platform languages: Apex, SOQL and Lightning as well as advanced administration tools like process builder, flow and custom settings.
  • Hands-on experience of analysis, design and development within the Salesforce application environment.
  • Knowledge with Enterprise Integration Solutions and Web API development.
  • Knowledge of managing source control for continuous integration and expert in tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Github, MS TFS. Knowledge of SFDX for packaging solutions.
    • Salesforce Certifications are desirable, however Salesforce Developer I would be ideal.How your day will look;
  • Developing solutions on force.com using the Apex development framework and create ad hoc reports on Salesforce.
  • Analysing end-user needs, translating these into business requirements in conjunction with the business analyst community.
  • Developing technical workflows, design, unit test, and develop Salesforce software to satisfy demand.
  • Creating a solution design for each piece of development and complete an analysis to establish to the most appropriate solution.
  • Creating, reviewing and maintaining process flowcharts, diagrams, and other related documentation and work with the testing team to test the solution.
  • Collaborating with enterprise architects and infrastructure to integrate applications and hardware.
