Job Description

Our client, a Salesforce app company, is seeking a Salesforce Customer Success Executive to join their thriving organisation.Formed fairly recently, this company has big ambitions within the Salesforce space and are looking for ambitions and driven individuals to help onboard new customers and carry out customisations to suit client requirements.This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for helping to onboard new clients, including requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration and customisation and providing ongoing support throughout the entire process. SKILLS As the Salesforce Customer Success Executive you must have:- Strong Salesforce configuration skills- Worked as a Salesforce Consultant at a consultancy or an ISV, or been an Admin / Platform Manager internally at a large end user- Great customer service mentality and super organised- Able to provide ongoing support during and after onboarding new clients EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience within HR, personnel or recruitment sectors, a real bonus. QUALIFICATIONS ADM201 and Platform App Builder certs would be advantageous. Required skills
