Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe SalesForce Program Development Team within DWS Technology is aiming to recruit a Business Analyst. This role is ideal for an experienced SalesForce Business Analyst who is seeking a exciting and rewarding engagement, with the potential to grow both theircareer and their understanding of this strategic system. In DWS Investments, SalesForce is used for Client Relationship Management (CRM), Know Your Customer (KYC) and to support the DWS Sales organisation to conform to regulatory requirements such as MiFID or GDPR (EU Data Protection Rules). Reporting to the Lead Business Functional Analyst, the goal of this role is to conduct investigations of issues and business processes to help manage the implementation of SalesForce project deliverables. Working with the business and technical delivery teamsthrough the end to end software development lifecycle, to deliver a high quality solution that meets the clients needs. Specific responsibilities of the role include ensuring that:

• Management of key business stakeholders to understand their requirements at a high level and set their expectations of delivery within this heavily regulated industry
• Creation of relevant Functional Specification documentation for use in hybrid agile development environment
• Collaboration with development team to deliver business priority items into SalesForce system
• Perform Project Management duties on specific releases including project planning and risk management
• There is a constant focus on the delivery of the agreed project deliverables and benefits, including early implementation where possible

Your Skills and ExperienceThis role will suit a professional who is comfortable operating at multiple levels and is able to see the bigger picture, as well as being immersed in the detail. It requires a dynamic, enthusiastic, self-starter, with a strong work ethic, who has a passionfor delivering tangible business value. The skills and experience that are most relevant to the role are:

• Strong experience of SalesForce and ability to evidence knowledge to a certified level
• Experience of working on SalesForce project deliverables in the financial sector or similar heavily regulated industry (Asset Management/Banking being preferred)
• Experience of working within project teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle and of operating with multiple methodologies, such as waterfall and agile
• Experience of data migration projects either through initial seeding of CRM systems or data integrations to external systems to enrich existing CRM data

• Possessing strong people and stakeholder management skills and a delivery focus with the ability to run working groups to deliver the solution

• Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability and mind set to jump in, create consensus and resolve issues
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, experience of writing BRD and FSD style documents
