Job Description

Salesforce Business Analyst8-9 month contractInside IR35Advantage Resourcing is seeking candidates to apply for a contract initially until 29th December 2022 with a leading energy company located in Waterloo, London.We are seeking professionals within Salesforce expertise as we require a Salesforce Business Analyst to work on Salesforce technical solutions.Please note this role will be via umbrella or PAYE only.

  • The expectation of this role as a senior Salesforce Business analyst is that the candidate: Is able to link Salesforce technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners.
  • Has knowledge of how the wider industry leverages Salesforce to gain competitive edge, and applies that knowledge to projects.
  • Leads stakeholder management activities. Creates opportunities to make the stakeholder feel valued and develop trust.
  • Has broad and extensive knowledge of Salesforce, to provide interpretive, advisory or facilitating services for the use of others to achieve results.
  • Participates in team effort to create new best practice material based on identified gaps.
  • Serves as an SME for Salesforce.
Skills & Requirements:
  • IT BA Experience with experience working in a previous Salesforce BA position is essential
  • Bachelors Degree preferably related to IT Knowledge and Skill of Business Analysis techniques and tools.
  • CCBA or PMI-PBA certified preferred. Working to achieve CBAP if preference to remain on IT BA career path.
  • Agile project delivery experience.
  • Knowledge of the technology landscape including current and future developments and the most commonly available features and integrated solutions for Salesforce, or a demonstrated ability to learn it.
  • Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail. Able to act as a focal point for Salesforce Demonstrates a concern and aptitude for considering the users perspective in IT development and has adeep understanding of user aspects of interactive systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly.
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of business process improvement, benefit and risk management.
