This organisation has been recognized as an industry leader for merchant retention, boasting a 98% success rate.The RoleAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Trainer based in our clients London Head Office. You will follow the sales teams journey, from being a new starter, to coaching and training the existing teams. Your role will be to developour sales team to increase their knowledge, confidence, engagement and ultimately increase their performance.Role Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to align sales strategies, identify sales best practices, and drive sales effectively across the sales cycle.
  • Develop, maintain, and lead training onboarding and continuous learning programs for all sales roles.
  • Working closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity, by means of ongoing training.
  • Implement and measure sales quality metrics and provide required monthly sessions.
  • Maintaining outstanding levels of product knowledge and industry awareness.
  • You will be responsible for formalising and implementing Sales Training Modules.
  • Responsible for implementing Performance Development Plans.
Role Requirements
  • Demonstrate experience as a Sales Trainer in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication skills - Presenting, Listening, Writing.
  • Great multi-tasker and exceptional time management.
  • Effective and collaborative team player, motivated by a high-performance sales environment.
  • Team player & ability to embrace a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Solution / Consultative sales based experience.
