Job Description

Sales Trainer Location : London The Company: From a start-up back in 2013, SwiftSwitch has become one of the UKs leading utility consultancy companies in the UK. Based in Shoreditch, London, our dedicated team of utility experts source the best contractsfrom over 50 UK based utility suppliers. We simplify the 1000s of tariffs that are available on the market and manage the delicate switching process by taking care of the paperwork too. Specialising in Energy, payment Services, telecommunications waste andwater, we are a one-stop-shop for everything utilities. We are currently looking for a number of new excited and hardworking individualsto add to our high performing sales and back office teams! The Role As Sales Trainer, youllhave a passion for development. Youll be responsible for the development, motivation, and effectiveness of the sales teams - supporting them to reach exceptional levelsof performance by understanding how to get the best out of people in an outbound B2B telesales environment. Are you a driven individual who has the ability to train, develop and give ongoing support to new and experienced sales staff Whats on offer A greatopportunity to develop a unique offering within the SwiftSwitch brand Duties: Deliver sales induction programmes for sales teams supporting the early development of their career. Acquire and maintain outstanding levels of product knowledge and industry awareness.Energise the sales teams to increase their knowledge, confidence, engagement and ultimately their performance. Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available. Conducting skills gap analysis, preparinglearning material and evaluating results after each training session. Working closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity, by means of ongoing coaching and mentoring. Responsibility ofthe full training cycle from needs analysis through to training evaluation. Training needs analysis across the sales teams ensuring learning and development is directly aligned to strategic goals. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous self-improvement, throughmeans of industry awareness. Requirements: Experience within the B2B Energy sector desirable Experience within the B2B utilities sector desirable Confident with public speaking and in situations where youre delivering new ideas Proven experience as a SalesTrainer at all levels An innovative approach and the desire to continuously improve Previous experience of working in a contact centre or sales based environment Whats on offer: £30,000 - £40,000 starting salary + uncapped commission Office hours 8:45am to17.30pm Monday to Friday 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + office closure between Christmas and New Year Regular incentives and company activities Pension Scheme Access to health and wellbeing platform with Gym Access Access to rewards and benefitsplatform Ongoing training and development If this sounds like the challenge youve been looking for, get in touch wed love to speak.
