They are now looking to take on a couple of fantastic graduate recruitment consultantsto join their very successful, expanding recruitment business.The role of a graduate recruitment consultant:As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will join a sales team and be targeted from day 1 to take charge of both candidates and clients, engaging with the full recruitment cycle to place professionals into a specialist market. As part of your role, youwill work with Directors, gaining excellent exposure across the industry. No experience is necessary: market-leading training will see you equipped with all the tools required to hit the ground running and succeed in managing the full recruitment sales cycle.From undertaking market research and generating new business opportunities to identifying client needs and sourcing the perfect candidates in response, this role promises variety and responsibility that will ensure you get to the top of the career ladder,fast.
