They will be responsible for helping the Luxury Yacht team to reach and exceed targets by providing a consistent and efficient administrativefunction.Essential job duties and responsibilitiesManaging equipment order process and proactively contacting clients to ensure on-time resupplies.Providing first line support to clients in regard to equipment orders and enquiries.Encourage client use of e-commerce solution and provide support to users.Item orders, membership and new business order processingAccurate recording of client contractual documentsAssisting with the operational on-boarding of new clients, including updating Operational and Billing proceduresProvide first line support and trouble-shooting for the Client Membership App and PortalSupporting client account receivables collectionsMarketing event coordination and supportCRM (Salesforce) champion, reviewing reports and analysis to help drive best practice within teamParticipating in client review meetings and presenting on client specific activity and utilisation with Business Development Manager / Account ManagerProviding out-of-office support to teamEnsuring compliance with all GDP practices in line with licenses held.Ad hoc queries and requestsProfile description:College or University graduateExcellent numeric, written and oral communication skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneouslyComputer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications)Strong individual that can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
