Since we were established in 1992, we have been at the forefront of the European cartridge remanufacturing industry and are recognised as one the foremosttechnical innovators in the industry.We specialise in the supply of high quality private-label cartridges for leading UK and European high street, mail order and web-based channels as well as major office supplies resellers. The independent trade magazine, The Recycler, named us as the numberone recycler of inkjet cartridges in the world! Were also the privileged recipients of the Queens Award for Enterprise.The factory, collections processing centre, distribution centre and head office are based in Park Royal, North West London. The groups sales currently exceed £8 million and we employ around 100 staff with operations covering the UK and Europe.Key Responsibilities:+ Liaise with all existing clients and customers to support the sales process+ Maintain the client database and input data to SAP B1 and other systems as required+ Research and gather information for opportunities to support additional sales+ Organise and attend trade shows+ Carry out all sales administration duties necessary to the role+ Carry out data entry and compliance submission as required+ Respond to customer queries by phone and email in a helpful and timely manner+ Respond to support queries via email or telephone, following through to a successful resolution+ Assist with managing and maintaining all social media platforms+ Assist colleagues in preparation for any sales tenders, presentations or departmentaldocumentation as required+ Liaise with all internal departments to provide necessary support material and ensurebilateral communication to drive maximum efficiency+ Any other general duties as requiredKey Skills Required:+ Previous sales administration experience preferred+ Experience within a fast paced office environment+ Excellent verbal and written business English communication skills+ Computer literate with intermediate level knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.+ Strong maths/arithmetic skills+ Knowledge of SAP B1 would be an advantageAttributes:+ Polite, tactful and confident telephone manner+ Proactive, one step ahead attitude to truly support the Sales function+ Flexible attitude to working hours with opportunities to represent Company offsite at Exhibitions+ The aptitude to work without guidance at times as well as being a great team worker by following certain instructions/suggestions so the best possible results are achieved.+ Attention to detail and ability to absorb and understand any information supplied.+ Ability to understand the workflow between this role and the responsibilities of others and ability to understand how the overall work of this role is connected with all necessary departments within the Company.+ The competence to see a project through from inception to completion.+ Able to work to tight deadlines and thrive on flexibility and prioritising+ To be a strong and confident communicator amongst peers and clients both internally and externally+ Live within 10 miles or one hour travel (whichever is the shortest) of NW10Interested Apply here for a fast-track path to the Hiring ManagerYour Background / Previous Roles May Include:Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Office Coordinator, Customer Service, Customer Service Coordinator, AdministrationApplication notice We take your privacy seriously.
