Job Description

SALES PROGRESSORSalary £24,000 p.a .plus commission OTE £30,000 +Holiday 20 days plus Bank HolidaysOur Client is an expanding online estate agent, operating in the NAPB sectorThe Sales Progressor is responsible for following company processes and procedures to meet administration and deal progression SLA’s.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer care for all vendors in the cash purchasing pipeline.
  • Build strong working relationships with external suppliers such as conveyancing solicitors, asset managers & RICS panels.
  • Provide support to the sales and operational teams by carrying out administrative office duties and deal progression tasks.
  • Uphold a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to customers, external suppliers, and partners via the telephone.
  • DUTIES• Proactively offer insights and process improvement suggestions to the Operations Manager• Meet deal progression SLA’s • Build excellent relationships with all vendors in our pipeline & maintain high levels of vendor care• Demonstrate finesse and multi-tasking capabilities when welcoming new vendors into the pipeline • Assist Vendors with signing electronic agreements & completing solicitor sign up paperwork• Introduce solicitors, outline key benefits & chase outstanding welcome packs• Maintain strong working relationship with vendors solicitor ensuring vendor expectations are met • Conduct in-depth chain assessments and comment on deal viability• Instruct Asset Management valuations & diligently record key figures in the CRM • Prepare deals for Management Review• Arrange RICS valuations using approved supplier General Duties• Answer inbound phone calls• Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail• Complete CRM data error reporting on open deals, fix inaccuracies & send feedback to sales team • Offer feedback to Operations Manager to improve deal progression processes• Interact with directors and carry out their requests• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support Sales and Operations teams• Cover email inboxes when sales staff are sick or on annual leaveEssential skillsKnowledge of Property Sale & Purchase Processes, Prior Office Administration Experience; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Work Without Supervision; Excellent Time Management Skills; Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills; Technical Skills Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Strong Prioritisation and Organisational Skills; Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills.
