Job Description

Our client is the UKs first technology-led sales management service.They are digitising the entire property sales journey and leverages the local estate agency network to sell properties more often,faster and for more money across the UK.They are initiallyfocused on the professional selling segments of landlords,probate solicitors and charities as they have the highest volume of repeat business.They are a high growth business with instructions in 2022 up +300% year on year.They are looking for a dynamic,super organised Sales Progressor either someone who is currently a sales negotiator within the property industry dealing with their own sales progression looking for a full-time sales progressor role, or someone who is currentlya sales progressor looking for a more prestigious company with the chance to work remotely.You do not need a driving licence or own your own car for this role.Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Progressor include:

  • Salary £30,000 to £35,000
  • Discretionary quarterly bonus(based on team performance)
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • This role can be fully remote from home
  • Monthly catch up meetings via zoom or in the office
  • Quarterly team building;trip to the races,dinners,drinks etc
  • No driving licence required
Skill-set required for the role of Sales Progressor will include:
  • Preferably 2+ years experience in a Sales Progressor role
  • Exceptionally well organised
  • Able to think strategically
  • Excellent standard of written communication
  • Client focused and target driven
  • Good interpersonal skills
The role of the Sales Progressor will entail:
  • Managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
  • Managing and advising clients on regular basis throughout the process
  • Advising clients on any negotiations should that be necessary
  • Updating vendors on their sale and ensuringthey are given the best possible advice in order to get them sold
